At Skillcef, we strive to deliver fair, exciting, and skill-based experiences for our users. However, due to the nature of our digital quiz events and downloadable content, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a ticket or product has been purchased.
🎟️ Quiz Ticket Sales:

All ticket sales for Skillcef Showdown or any other skill-based contests are final and non-refundable.

In the rare case that the quiz is canceled or rescheduled due to technical or operational issues from our end, we will offer:

A full refund, or

Free transfer to the next contest or event.

Downloads (such as eBooks, badges, reports, or digital goods) are non-refundable once delivered.
